William R. Miller

Will has earned an exceptional litigation reputation throughout Illinois and the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Will has been dedicated to representing individuals injured on the job or injured as a result of negligence or tortious conduct for over 25 years. Daily, Will represents clients against employers, corporations, and insurance companies.  Whether representing an individual injured on the job, injured through no fault of his or her own, or exposed to the dangers of corporate greed, Will believes each person deserves the most assertive representation and advocacy. As a former union bricklayer, Will understands the importance of hard-work and sacrifice. He applies that same work ethic and determination to representing his clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.

Will was born in Alton, Illinois and raised in East Alton. Will graduated from East Alton Wood River High School, Eastern Illinois University, and Southern Illinois University School of Law.  Will’s local ties run deep and is proud to call East Alton home to his parents, friends, and law firm.

Will serves as the appointed East Alton Corporate Counsel since 2010.  Will is active in local causes, organizations and charities.

When Will is not practicing law, he enjoys lifting weights, all outdoor activities and traveling with his wife, Erica and their two rescue dogs – Charlie and Duke. Will also enjoys golfing in charity, political and union events with a special appreciation for the Guide Dogs of America.
