William R. Miller

Will has earned an exceptional reputation as a lawyer throughout Illinois. Will has been dedicated to representing his clients injured on the job or injured because of negligence or tortious conduct for over 25 years. Will represents clients against employers, corporations, and insurance companies in workers’ compensation and personal injury.

Whether representing an individual injured on the job or injured through no fault of his or her own, Will believes each person deserves professional and assertive representation. As a former union bricklayer, Will understands the importance of hard-work, perseverance, and sacrifice. He applies that same work ethic, frame of mind, and determination to representing his clients in cases involving workers’ compensation, personal injury, and wrongful death.

Will was born in Alton, Illinois and raised in East Alton. Will graduated from East Alton Wood River High School, Eastern Illinois University, and Southern Illinois University School of Law.

Will is active in local causes, organizations, and charities. While not practicing law, Will enjoys lifting weights, outdoor activities, traveling, and spending time with family and his rescue dogs. Will also enjoys golfing in charity, political and union events with a special appreciation for the Guide Dogs of America.
