Anthony E. Dos Santos

Tony has earned and developed a solid reputation for representing individuals and families in times of crisis, stress, and hardship. Since 1998, Tony has represented clients in family law cases (dissolution or divorce of marriage, child custody, child support, adoptions, and orders of protection), DCFS hearings, and criminal defense (felonies, misdemeanors, DUI’s, and traffic violations). Tony is an experienced and court-approved mediator in family law cases in which he takes great pride in seeking fair, reasonable, and practical solutions to resolve conflict and division. Tony is regularly court-appointed to serve as Guardian Ad Litem for children during divorce, custody, adoptions, or other family law related matters. 

Tony has significant experience in the courtroom and at trial. Tony has achieved successful outcomes and results on behalf of his clients in family law and criminal cases because of his dedication, preparation, ability to focus and problem-solve, and professional relationships. Tony believes in finding and seeking fair, reasonable, and practical solutions to all legal problems while still zealously preparing each case for a contested hearing or trial.

Tony and his wife reside in Jersey County, Illinois with their children.  When not working, Tony enjoys being at any hockey rink (fan, parent, or coach) and any outdoor activity. He currently serves as the Safe Sport Coordinator for Missouri Hockey and is on the Twin Bridges Lighting Board of Directors.
