DILLON M. BORRI
Dillon focuses his practice on civil litigation and general practice representing individuals, families, and small businesses. Dillon has first chair trial experience in both civil cases and criminal cases. He is prepared to handle each case at any phase of litigation or stage in the process. Dillon gained experience from a large Illinois based law firm where he had represented insurance companies and fortune 500 companies in various areas of civil litigation. Prior to that, he worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney for the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office. Dillon’s prior experience helped him develop skills and habits that are necessary to be a successful trial attorney and to represent the best interests of each client.
During law school, Dillon clerked for an Appellate Court Justice providing him with a unique and invaluable perspective as to how cases are evaluated from the bench. With this perspective in mind, Dillon approaches every case with sound legal reasoning while still seeking the best result for each client. He believes in seeking fair, cost-efficient, and practical solutions to all legal issues while still zealously preparing each case for trial.
Dillon serves on the board of directors for the Madsion County Bar Association and the Alton-Wood River Bar Association. He grew up in Madison County and currently lives in Edwardsville with his wife.
Dillon is active in the community and serves on local committees. While not practicing law, Dillon enjoys cheering on the local St. Louis professional sports teams. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing golf.
